Qurist's growth in 4 months with TSBP

Scaling a wellness brand isn't just about running ads; it's about running them the right way. Qurist had a great vision and a strong product line to back it up, but it faced multiple operational hurdles. With data as our best friend, we fine-tuned targeting, optimised campaigns, and refined strategies. And the result? A 25% revenue boost and 33% increase in orders — all within four months. Here's how we did it.

Goal: bringing wellness to the masses

Qurist is a pioneering Indian wellness company, with a focus on enhancing quality of life through natural, preservative-free products. Operating under the AYUSH Ministry licence, the brand offers cannabis-based products to both pets and humans, to help address chronic pain, anxiety, and insomnia.

Qurist has a bold vision: to bring high-quality, doctor-recommended wellness solutions to a wider audience. But despite a strong product range and a growing awareness about medical cannabis, the brand was unable to scale efficiently. This is where The Small Business Project stepped in.

Turning challenges into measurable growth

We began by conducting a deep dive on Qurist's existing campaign performance. Instead of challenges, we saw opportunities for improvements and immediately got to work.

01

/ Challenge

Attribution gaps made it harder for the brand to track which channels were actually driving revenue.

/ What we did

We improved attribution tracking, implementing data-driven insights into campaign performance and optimising ad spend accordingly.

02

/ Challenge

A high volume of spammy COD orders was eating into profits.

/ What we did

We introduced OTP verification to enhance order quality and reduce unnecessary costs.

03

/ Challenge

Creative limitations were leading to fatigue and lower engagement.

/ What we did

We expanded messaging angles and creative formats, and developed a structured ad strategy to boost engagement and conversion.

04

/ Challenge

Website inefficiencies were limiting conversions, so the brand was missing out on its full potential.

/ What we did

We optimised key elements on the website and refined the landing pages, making the shopping experience seamless and conversion-friendly.

05

/ Challenge

Limited reach was holding back scalability.

/ What we did

We tested and expanded to new audience segments, refining targeting strategies to unlock fresh growth opportunities.

06

/ Challenge

Meta's policy update restricted conversion event tracking for the health and wellness industry, making optimisation challenging.

/ What we did

Despite the limitations, we adapted by expanding tracking beyond purchases to capture upper-funnel signals.

A four-month growth surge

With challenges identified and a roadmap set, it was time to get to work. We started seeing results within the first month. By four months, our efforts had paid off. Look at these numbers.

Big win: attribution tracking

One of our biggest breakthroughs in this collaboration was fixing attribution. By improving tracking, we gained super-precise insights into which campaigns were generating revenue, allowing for smarter optimisations.

Final word

From structured campaigns to optimised creatives, essential website improvements like OTP verification and landing page enhancements — we helped Qurist scale profitably. It reaffirmed to us that the right strategy makes all the difference.
